Morning News; Springdale AR; 2003-6-3 Sheila M. Heiman ROCKY COMFORT, Mo. -- Sheila Marie Heiman, 31, of Rocky Comfort died June 1, 2003, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She was born May 28, 1972, in Rogers to Andrew Thomas and Cathy Ann Mitchell Lakin. She was a graduate of Pea Ridge High School. She began signing for the deaf five years ago. She sold Tupperware, enjoyed horses, raising fishing worms, fishing, the outdoors and stock-car racing. She married Charles Dean Heiman on July 1, 2002. She attended the First Baptist Church in Washburn, Mo. Survivors include her husband, Charles Heiman of Rocky Comfort; one son, Kassidy James Flickinger of the home; one brother, Joshua Lakin of Dahlonega, Ga.; one sister, Jennifer Means of Springdale; three stepbrothers, Nick Cline of Korea, Josh Cline of Rogers and Daniel Fox of Washburn; one stepsister, Shawna Fox of Cassville, Mo.; her father, Tom Lakin and stepmother Debby of Washburn; her mother, Cathy Mitchell of Pea Ridge; paternal grandparents, Henry R. and Francis Lakin of Washburn; maternal stepgrandmother, Barbara Norton of Rogers. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church in Washburn with the Rev. Glenn Erwin officiating. Cremation arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
