LAKE, Shirley Ann age 60, of West Alexandria, OH, passed away Wednesday
afternoon, December 29, 2004 at Hospice of Dayton. Born March 1, 1944
in Dayton, OH to the late Vincent John & Ann (Merritt) Willis. Shirley
was a wonderful and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She was a
member of the Preble County Business & Professional Women and was
a volunteer for the West Alexandria Food Bank. Survived by husband
Ronald Eugene Lake of West Alexandria whom she married June 20, 1964:
daughters Kimberly (Lake) Wilder of Eaton, OH; Sara Lake of Springboro,
OH; Robin Lake of West Alexandria: son Jamie Lake of West Alexandria:
grandson Andrew Wilder of Eaton and an expected second grandchild in
August of 2005. A graveside funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Monday,
January 3, 2005 at the Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery - N. Dixie Dr. -
Dayton. Pastor Ronald Dafler presiding.  Arrangements entrusted to the
Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens, West Alexandria.
