Shirley L. Heller, 77, business founder
Harding twp. - Shirley L. Heller died yesterday at Overlook Hospital in
Summit after a long illnes. She was 77.

Born in Framingham, Mass, she lived in Madison before moving to Harding
Township 10 years ago.

Mrs. Heller founded E. P. Heller Co., of Madison, a manufacturing
organization, with her husband, Eugene P. She graduated from the University
of Miami in 1948 with a degree in business.

Her sister, Doris Auringer, died previously.

Survivors include her husband Eugene P; four sons, Peter of Madison,
Douglas of Chester, Winfield Lake of Mendham and August Daub of Annandale;
a daughter, Jeanne Courboin of Long Valley; a brother David Auringer of
Alantic, N.C.; a sister, Marcella Phillips of Evansville, Ind.; 10
grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are by Burroughs, Kohr and Dangler Funeral Home, 106 Main St.,
Madison.

of David Auringer of Atlantic, N.C., Marcella Phillips of Evansville, Ind.,
and the late Doris Auringer. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and five
great-grandchildren.  Funeral service on wednesday, May 12, 1999, at 11
a.m. at the Burroughs, Kohr and Dangler Funeral Home, 10 Main St., Madison.
Visiting hours Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations
amy be maed to St. Hubert's Giralda.
