Heller died yesterday at Overlook Hospital in Summit after a long illnes. She was 77. Born in Framingham, Mass, she lived in Madison before moving to Harding Township 10 years ago. Mrs. Heller founded E. P. Heller Co., of Madison, a manufacturing organization, with her husband, Eugene P. She graduated from the University of Miami in 1948 with a degree in business. Her sister, Doris Auringer, died previously. Survivors include her husband Eugene P; four sons, Peter of Madison, Douglas of Chester, Winfield Lake of Mendham and August Daub of Annandale; a daughter, Jeanne Courboin of Long Valley; a brother David Auringer of Alantic, N.C.; a sister, Marcella Phillips of Evansville, Ind.; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Arrangements are by Burroughs, Kohr and Dangler Funeral Home, 106 Main St., Madison.
