LAKE, Stacie R.
Age 22, of Trotwood\New Lebanon, passed away peacefully at her
home surrounded by her devoted family on Friday afternoon, July 15,
2005. Stacie had graduated from CTC as a dental assistant and enjoyed
the friends that she made  and the music created during her time with
the Dixie Marching Band. She is survived by her mother Patricia Shively;
father and his wife Chuck and Minnie Lake; sisters Libby Shively and
Lisa Hutchings; brothers Andy Lake, Jon Lake, David (Angie) Copley;
Mike (Stephanie) Hutchings; maternal grandparents Ralph and Ida Wright;
paternal grandmother Lavon Lake and step-grandmother Lena Henderson;
niece Alexis Copley; special fiance Eric Partlow and numerous more loving
and caring relatives and friends. A memorial celebration will be held
7:00PM Wednesday night at the Brookville First United Methodist Church
with Pastor David Mack presiding. Stacie's family will receive friends
at the church from 5:30 PM until the time of the service. If desired,
contributions may be made to the Dr. Franz Building Fund c/o the Pulmonary
Clinic at Children's Medical Center in memory of Stacie. Arrangements
entrusted to ROGERS' FUNERAL HOME - TROTWOOD.
