Stephanie Lakin Goudy, 37, of Chester, a home care nurse, died August 22 at 
Crozer-Chester Medical Center. Mrs. Goudy was born and raised in Brooklyn, 
N.Y. A loving mother, she was employed as a home care nurse. Mrs. Goudy was 
the daughter of the late James Scott Lakin and Ethel Reid Atkins of Chester. 
Survivors: Husband, James Goudy; mother and stepfather, Ethel Reid Atkins and 
William E. Atkins of Chester; son, James Goudy of Chester; daughters, Izena 
Goudy, Samirah Goudy, Shavona Goudy, Azaria Burton, all of Chester; brothers, 
Eric Lakin, Timothy Lakin, both of Brooklyn, Anthony Lakin of Phoenix, Ariz.; 
sisters, Eugenia Bright of Chester, Authorine Middleton. Service: 11 a.m. 
Monday, House of Hills, Flatbush Chapel, 406 Rogers Ave., Brooklyn. 
Visitation: 9-11 a.m. Monday at the chapel. Burial: Rosehill Cemetery,
