Stephen O. Lake April 9, 1958 -- May 22, 2001 Stephen O. Lake, 43, of Bedford 
died at 8:20 a.m. Tuesday at Bedford Regional Medical Center in Bedford. He 
was a mechanic in Bedford. Survivors include three sons: Jeremy R. Lake, 
Jacob S. Lake and Stephen O. Lake Jr., all of Bedford; three brothers: 
Forrest Lake, Joseph Lake and Charles "Eddie" Lake, all of Bedford; seven 
sisters: Cheryl A. Richardson of Indianapolis, Tamara F. Brock, Debra L. 
Walls and Martha A. May, all of Springville, Janet E. Sears and Brenda K. 
Lake, both of Bedford, and Darlene S. May of Harrodsburg. Services will be 
conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at Day & Carter Mortuary in Bedford. Burial will 
be in Fayetteville Church of Christ Cemetery. Friends may call at the 
mortuary from 2 to 8 p.m. today and from noon until the service Friday.
