She was born June 11, 1955 in Louisville, KY, the daughter of Duane and Beverly Bradley Meyer. She graduated from Logan High School in LaCrosse, WI, Class of 1973. Susan was employed by Amerock Corporation in Rockford, IL from 1983 to present. She attended Central Christian Church. Survivors include her daughter, Stephanie (fiance Jim Melton) Lake of Beloit; her son, Nathan Lake of Rockford, IL; her pride and joy, grandaughter, Paige Frendahl; her father, Duane (Jackie ) Meyer of LaCrosse, WI; sisters and brothers, Terri (Dave) Loomis of Green Bay, WI; Rich (Lisa) Meyer of New Ulm, MN; Debbie (Jim) Ames, Paul (Lori) Meyer and Cindy Meyer, all of LaCrosse, WI; numerous relatives, including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins;; many good friends and a special friend, Pat Marren. Susan's family would especially like to thank the heart transplant team in Peoria, IL; the doctors and nurses at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL; and all friends and family who have been so supportive during her illness.
