      Suzanne "Suzy" Lake

      Suzy, 68, of Medford, Ore., passed away July 23, 2010, in Medford,
Ore. She was born March 1, 1942, in Vallejo, Calif.

      She was a LPN, an entrepeneur and her hobbies included shopping
and traveling the world. Suzy was a member of the Medford Rose Society.

      Survivors include her son, Glen Lake; sisters, Kim Stacher and
Diane Malcolm. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Lake,
and parents, Mary Wilson and John Kurtz.

      Funeral services for Suzy Lake will be at 6:00 p.m., Friday, July
30, 2010, at the Conger-Morris Chapel, 715 West Main St., Medford, Ore.
Burial will be in the Etna Cemetery, Etna, Calif.
