TAMMY GREB

Tammy Renee Lake Greb, 42, of Sunriver, Oregon, was born on Marc! 23,
1966, in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, a daughter of Thomas L. and Mildred Elvira
(Washburn) Lake and departed this life at 7:10 A.M., Thursday, November
27, 2008, in Salem.

Tammy was united in marriage on March 5, 2006, in Newport, Oregon, to
Chad R. Greb.  She was preceded in death by her father; and one brother,
Timothy Dewayne Willis; and maternal grandfather, William "Bill" James.
Tammy worked as a real estate broker and investor.  She was also the
owner of Lake Realty, Sunriver, Oregon.  Tammy was a member of the Oregon
Realtor Association.  She enjoyed hiking, traveling and spending time
with friends and family.

Those left to mourn the passing of Tammy include; her husband, Chad
R. Greb, Sunriver, Oregon; her mother, Mildred Lake, Vienna; one brother,
Tom Lake, Milwaukee, Wisconsin; one sister, Debbie Lake, Rolla; one
niece, Ashley Jackson, her maternal grandmother, Flossie James, Vienna,
and many other friends and relatives.

Precious memories of Tammy will long remain in the hearts of her dear
family and all who knew her.

Funeral services were conducted for Tammy at 1 PM Tuesday, December 2,
2008, in the Vienna Chapel of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes with
Rick Spacek, First Baptist Church, Vienna officiating.  Four songs;
"The Old Rugged Cross" "Amazing Grace", "Bless The Broken Road" and
"Angel" were played for the funeral Service.

Memorials are suggested to per the wishes of the family with envelopes
available at the Vienna Chapel of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral
Homes. Honorary pallbearers for Tammy were Ruby Hawkins, Keith Hawkins,
Michelle Tieva, Cheryl Polston, Marlo Tieva, Sonya Davis, Ceara Davis,
Mark Ballard, Mary Ballard, Jason Ballard, Shawn Ballard, and Daniel
Ballard.
