Tara Sueann Lake, infant daughter of Jeff and Jessica Lake, K.C., KS
passed away June 8, 2003, at the Providence Medical Center.   Services
will be 1 p.m. Friday at the Maple Hill Funeral Home, burial in Chapel
Hill Cemetery.	 Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Other survivors include three sisters: Sara, her twin; Cheyann and
Katelin; her maternal grandparents, Darrell and Catherine Lewallen,
K.C., KS, Rodney and Donna Williams, Greenville, SC; her paternal
grandmother, Linda Lake; her uncle, Cameron Williams, and her aunt
Caroline Williams, both of Greenville, SC; an uncle Joel Lewallen,
paternal great-grandfather, Harold Lake; maternal great-grandparents,
Jim and June Vaughan; all of K.C., KS; maternal great-grandparents, Bud
and Selma Williams, Estes Park, CO; maternal great-great-grandmother,
