      Tues., Nov. 29, 2005 age 66 years. Beloved husband of the late
Joanne (nee Prinz). Dear father of Kim Lake and Chris (Kathleen)
Lake. Dear step-grandfather of Jeanette (Jason) Bennett and Daniel
Koehn. Great-grandpa Ted to Miangel and Mikey. Dear brother of Betty
(Rudolph) Prochazka, Alice (Howard) Venz, Roseanne (the late Ralph)
Tank and the late Lorraine (the late Oliver) Kelpine. Further survived
by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

      Prayer Service Fri., Dec. 2 at 6:30 PM at the Funeral
Home. Visitation Fri. from 4-7 PM. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. Ted
was a retiree of the Mead Corporation and thoroughly enjoyed hunting
and fishing.
