LAKE, TIMOTHY CAMERON JR. passed away on December 26, 2012. Timmy, as
he was fondly called, was a beautiful sweet boy of 6. He loved to play
with his siblings, toys, and attend school at Saddleback Elementary in
Maricopa, Arizona. Timothy is survived by his parents Tim and Brooke
Lake, his sisters: Barbara 9, Emily 8, and Miley 4; his brothers: Edward,
18 months and Henry, 6 months; maternal grandmother, Debbie Moroyoqui;
paternal great-grandfather Dominick Sirigano; grandparents, John and
Carlene Lake; aunt and uncle, John and Susan Lake; and cousins: Alexis,
17; JC, 13; Ean, 13; and Reily, 6. Memorial visitation 2:00-3:00 pm
Thursday, January 3, 2013 at Resthaven Park Mortuary, 4013 E. Southern
Avenue, Phoenix, AZ followed by Memorial Service at 3:00 pm. In lieu of
flowers, please bring a child's toy for us to donate to Cardon Children's
Hospital.
