Florida Today; Melbourne FL; 2002-6-23 V. Lucille Lake-Titusville V. Lucille Lake, of Titusville formally of Terre Haute, Ind., passed away on Friday, June 21, 2002 at the Vista Manor Nursing Home. Mrs. Lake was born August 16, 1914 in Clinton, Ind. to Jennie Gurtis Lambert and George Lambert. She retired after working as book Keeper for Gator Frieghtlines in Cocoa and Brevard Ridgeway Movng and Storage in Titusville. She also volunteered tax preparation service for AARP in Titusville. Mrs. Lake was active in the Women of the Moose #1485, North Brevard Shrine Club, Order of the Eastern Star, Power Squadron, Coast Guard Auxillary, American Legion Auxillary and Space Coast Quilters. She is survived by two daughters and a son, Patt and Larry Lawson of Titusville, Judy and Gordon Thompson of Terre Haute, Ind. and Larry and Penny Lake of Odenville, Ala.; 11 Grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Mrs. Lake was predeceased by her husband of 51 years. Lawrence Leo Lake; daughter, Ruth Jeanine; and a great grandson. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 25th, at the Mims United Methodist Church, 3302 Green Street, Mims, Fla., 32754, Officiated by Reverend David Harris.
