    Services for Walter B. Lake, 63, who died Sunday at Phoenix Baptist
Hospital, were scheduled at 1 p.m. today at Bunker's Garden Chapel,
33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa.
    Mr. Lake was born at Johnstown, Ohio, and moved to Arizona three years
ago from Kentucky.  He was an insurance agent before his retirement and
a member of the Chandler Community Church.
    Surviving are his wife, Barbara, of Mesa; daughter Donna Ruiz of Mesa;
son Donald Lake of Mesa; mother Dortha Lake of Colorado; three brothers,
out of state; and one grandchild.  Local arrangements were made by Chapel
of Prayer Funeral Home.
