OBITUARY: WALTER (SHORTY) LAKE
Walter Shorty Lake, 79, of 121 E. 3rd Street, Charlotte, died December
27, 1982 at Hayes Green Beach Hospital.
	He was a lifelong resident of Eaton County.  He is survived by
	his wife, Helen; two daughters, Sally Rayburn of Toledo
and Barbara Hakeos of Charlotte; 3 sons, Benjamin, Danny and Robert,
all of Charlotte; 9 grandchildren; one brother, Winston (Bill) of
Vermontville; and 1 sister, Helen Randall of Vermontville.
	Services were held December 30, at Pray Funeral Home with
Rev. Arthur Salisbury officiating. Interment in Maple Hill Cemetery.
