LAKE, WALTER W. - age 56, of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away April 14,
2003 at his home at 9112 Attwood Court, Knoxville, TN. He was born in
Parkersburg, West Virginia, a son of the late Walter W. Lake, Sr. (Red)
and Mary Virginia Leasure. Survivors include his wife, Diana Lake of
Knoxville; a brother, Donny Lake of Parkersburg, West VA; one daughter,
Crystal Lake of Parkersburg, West VA; a niece, Kathy Lake (Cunningham) of
Parkersburg, West VA; three step- daughters, LaTeshia Fisher of Knoxville,
TN, Rosemary Speakman of Cleveland, TN and Hope Dinnin of Arden, NC;
nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother, James,
and two sisters, Betty Wright and Virginia Rose. Graveside services
will be held Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. at Tennessee Veterans Cemetery,
5901 Lyons View Pike. Visitation and viewing for the family and friends
will be Tuesday from 6:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Berea Baptist Church
on Washburn Road off Sutherland Ave., Knoxville, TN, Rev.  Mike Napier
and Walter Rutherford officiating. East Tennessee Mortuary in charge of
