William E. "Butch" Lake of Rolling Meadows

Funeral services for William E. "Butch" Lake, 59, will be privately
held. Born March 19, 1943, in Chicago, he died Monday, Aug. 12, 2002,
at Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights, surrounded by his
loving family, after a long battle with cancer. Mr. Lake was formerly
a sheet metal worker. He was the loving brother of Pat Provenzano. In
lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer
Society. Arrangements were made by Meadows Funeral Home, Rolling
