HENNING - William Earnest Lake, 74, retired supervisor for Corn Product
Manufacturing in Argo, Ill., died Sunday at his home. Services will be
at 11 a.m. Saturday at Canaan Missionary Baptist Church, where he was
a deacon board member, with burial in Canaan Cemetery. Currie's Funeral
Home has charge. Mr. Lake, the husband of Mildred Boyd Lake, also leaves
a daughter, Lita Harris of Chicago; a son, Bernard Lake of Indianapolis;
a sister, Gladys Vanhoose, and three grandchildren.
