Winafred E. Lake, 98, of Grants Pass died Friday, Oct. 21, 2005, at
Three Rivers Community Hospital.

Private entombment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park Mausoleum.  Chapel
of the Valley-L. B. Hall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Grants Pass, OR 97528.

She was born Winafred Eley, Jan, 30, 1907, in Springfield, IL.  In 1923,
in Springfield, she married Raymond B. Lake, who died Nov. 11, 1989.
They moved to California in 1940  and lived in Long Beach, CA until 1972.

She moved to Grants Pass in 2001 from Santa Rosa, CA.  She was a
homemaker.

She enjoyed going on cruises with her family, crossword puzzles and
her pets.

A daughter, Betty Bulcock and a grandson, Raymond B. Lake III, died
before her.
