LAKE, Winifred Ethel (nee Mawby) _ Peacefully at home on Thursday,
October 9, 2003 in her 94th year. Devoted and loving wife for 65 years
of the late Philip Charles Lake (2002). Predeceased by her eldest son
David. Dear mother of Bryan, Suzanne and Graham. Caring mother-in-law
of Sheila, Margaret, Bob Mackie and proud grandmother of Deana, Deidra,
Delaine, Kevin, Kyle, Wesley, Heather, Jennifer, Stefanie, Tyler and
10.5 great-grandchildren. Cherished sister of Velma Leacock and the late
Dorothy Bloomer. Winifred took great joy in her family and many close
friends, and was a devoted life-long member of the church. Friends may
visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Rd. (between Eglinton
and St. Clair Ave. E.) on Monday, October 13, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9
p.m. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2003 at 11:00
a.m. at Church of the Master, 3385 Lawrence Ave. E. Interment Pine Hills
Cemetery. Donations to Church of the Master would be appreciated by the
family as your expression of sympathy.
