Kearney Hub; Kearney NE; 000-12-16 ZADA HEINE Lexington resident, 91 LEXINGTON - Zada M Heine, 91, of Lexington died Thursday, Dec 14, 2000 at Tri-County Hospital in Lexington. Services will be a 11:00 am Tuesday at Reynolds-Love Chapel in Lexington with the Rev Joe Masten officiating. Burial will be a Greenwood Cemetery in Lexington. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 pm and from 7 to 9 pm Monday at the funeral home in Lexington. Memorials are suggested to the Assembly of God Church or Lexington Rescue Unit. She was born Feb 23, 1909 in Lincoln County to Arthur Carl and Orpha Opal (Cantrall) Lake. She graduated from Brady High School in 1926. In 1933, she married Calvin Daryl Brown in Brady. He died in 1934. In June 1952, she married Bill Heine. She worked at the Hastings Ammunition Depot and later worked for several years as a bookkeeper for the Lexington Co-op. Her husband died in 1966. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church and enjoyed quilting, cooking, baking pies, gardening and spending time with her family. Survivors include her daughter, Leona Ottman of Kearney; sisters, Mildred Franks and Opal Magnuson, both of Lexington, Amy Davis of Cozad and Nona Heyen of Seward; three granddaughters; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren Kearney Hub December 16, 2000
