William J. Lake, Combat Veteran of WW1 (see details below picture): [WilliamJLake.jpg] William J. Lake; b. about 1897; d. June 2004 at age 107. Served in WW1 with US Army’s 91st (Wild West) division. Drafted in 1917, trained with the Division at Camp Lewis near Tacoma, Washington State. He was a Private and served on the front line with a machine gun crew.
