will made 13 Apr 1771); all the children are by Patience Throckmorton. However, elsewhere in Citation #15 it is believed that Daniel Lake married first name unknown and this spouse is the mother of child #1, Alice,
and child #2, Joseph. And Daniel Lake married second Patience Throckmorton 1718. Citation #15 also believes there are two additional children, both name unknown, born 1713 and 1715. And in another place in
Citation #15 it is stated that Daniel Lake and Patience Throckmorton married 1715. [2]

in 1765? Daniel Lake is said to be of Amwell Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey in this mortgage document; he was identified as always being in Kingwood Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey in other documents.
Amwell Township bordered Kingwood Township. Perhaps Daniel Lake lived very near the border. Or perhaps his land extended into both townships. I know of no other Daniel Lake who this could be named in the mortgage
