[29] Questions - Wilhemina Kille always went by Wilhelmina, but her name is spelled Wilhemina on birth certificate [46] (something which wasn't discovered until later in her life). [3] Citation #20 names Wilhemina Kille as Minnie Magdeline Kille. [3] Citation #92 says Joseph Francis Kille born 1902. [3] Extras - Harold Edward Lake got his first driver's licence late in life (c1970). He was an atrocious driver. I rode with him one time. Once was enough. I don't understand how he could have passed his driver's test. Maybe it was because he was a World War II vet. Or maybe he knew the tester. My dad had a LOT of friends. [3] [40] I recall more than once us being on vacation in a distant place (Daytona Beach, Myrtle Beach, etc) and him running into people he knew. [3] In c1968 I was eligible for the draft. The Vietnam War was going on at the time. I was deathly afraid of going to Vietnam, and my dad knew that. When it was time to take my physical to enter the Armed Forces I failed, and eventually received a 4-F rating (unable to serve due to physical limitations) but as far as I knew there was nothing physically wrong with me. When I told my dad this he said "I know someone on the Draft Board." I never enquired further. [3] At one point Wilhemina Kille lived in the same apartment building in New York City, New York as Emma Knobel (spouse of 3.73).
